I need to say THANK YOU both soooooooooo much for making Saturday so wonderful, special and amazing! Your venue is awesome, the room looked fantastic! Everyone commented on the room, the view and especially the food!
Everyone was also saying how awesome your wait staff is.. and I must agree! They were attentive, responsive, polite and fun!

I just had my August 3 wedding at the Brookside Club in Bourne and it was absolutely wonderful! It was the first venue that I saw, and immediately I fell in love! I worked mostly with Andy and there are not enough great things that I can say about him and the rest of the team. Everyone was so nice and professional but they still managed to keep a very fun atmosphere for us. I was SO nervous on the day of the wedding, but Andy was able to completely put me at ease. Kim approached me a few times during the reception to make sure that everything was going well and to check to see if there was anything she could do to make our night better. In all honesty, NOTHING could have been improved. I loved the venue, but most of all I loved working with Andy, Kim, and Frank. Our day was flawless because of this team! I would recommend that anyone who is searching for that perfect venue condsider the Brookside Club! They are all so wonderful!

Hi, Frank and Andrew,
I just want to say thank you for helping us with the post funeral lunch at Sunset Grille yesterday. It was a beautiful day, and we had 19 people join us after the interment ceremony at the National Cemetery. Andrew greeted us when we arrived, and was ready for us. The wait staff did an excellent job pouring wine, and helping us to make selections and the kitchen did a fabulous job with our choices. Everyone had an amazing meal, and a lot of fun. It was lovely to be able to wind down after the funeral. The staff were respectful and offered their condolences, while making us very comfortable and insuring that our needs were met.
Thank you so much for making our lunch such a lovely experience for all of us. I know that many of us who live in the area will be coming back to Brookside soon. You all did a wonderful job and we appreciate it.

I just wanted to send an email out thanking you for all of your help making my wedding day amazing! All of the guests had a wonderful time and everything turned out even better than I had imagined. The food was so delicious—I received so many comments about how well the tenderloin was cooked—“just melted in your mouth!” and how well organized the reception went - bringing out hors d’oeuvres to the wedding party while we took photos. The golf course was the perfect backdrop for wedding photos and the sunset we had was just breathtaking!

Melissa, you were truly a bride’s best friend on the big day and during the rehearsal. You took care of all the little things (and big things) still on my mind that day and helped keep me relaxed and calm. The whole staff took such great care of us and all of our guests. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. You all made our wedding just perfect! Many of our guests have said that this was one of the best weddings they have ever been to and we couldn’t agree more. Thanks again!

Our guests have been calling and emailing still talking about how wonderful the food was. We really had a great time ourselves and enjoyed every minute of the day. The location was wonderful (in front of the fireplace)-23 delicious luncheons were served. Sorry that it has taken me a month to get this to you, but better late than never. I just wanted to say thank you so very much for everything you and your staff did for our wedding. Ryan and I could not have asked for better service. When we first began looking at reception places, the Brookside Club stood out because of its unbelievable service and attention to detail. On June 27th, even though a not so sunny day, you made everything wonderful. The food was amazing and the setting spectacular! All of our friends and families commented on everything and how wonderful the Brookside Club was. They kept telling us that it was the perfect place to enjoy the Cape and good friends. Joe & I wanted to thank you, Sean and all of your staff for making our wedding day and planning experience so enjoyable. We have received so many compliments about our wedding and the beautiful setting The Brookside Club provided for us. Some have even told us it was the “most beautiful wedding they have ever been to” and I know much of that was to do with the scenic ceremony site, deck with the amazing sunset views and tastefully decorated Atlantic room. We were so thankful to have such a beautiful day to take advantage of the incredible view from the upper deck. The sunset was just spectacular that night and we also enjoyed some unexpected fireworks over Buzzards Bay. We even had some guests that went back the next day to show other family members how beautiful the club and grounds are. We have received numerous e-mails on how tremendous the food was and how many people really enjoyed the stations style dinner. I know for many weddings guests don’t often comment on the food as it is secondary to the event, however, we received so much feedback on how great the food and appetizers were (especially the carving station). We want to thank Sean for spending so much time with us when we were making our decision on the reception site. He always made time for us when we would stop in and he answered our endless questions without us ever feeling rushed. We probably visited The Brookside Club more than any couple and took every opportunity to have lunch, dinner, and Easter brunch there to get a flavor for what our wedding day may be like. We also want to thank you, Frank, for responding to my (what got to be daily) e-mails in order to help work through the endless details. You made our wedding planning with The Brookside Club truly enjoyable and we will miss working with you and of course “stalking” the club every few weeks. We only wish our day had gone by slower so we could have fully taken in the whole experience. I am sure you will see us back at The Brookside Club when we visit Cape Cod and I know it will become a new favorite for many of our guests.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the service and attention that we received on March 15, 2007, during a small luncheon held after my father’s funeral. I was born in Taunton and frequently visit the Cape, but was unfamiliar with your restaurant. It was recommended that I try to arrange for a small luncheon after the burial services at Otis Air Force base. I stopped in one day as the golf course and restaurant were just closing. Your staff took the time to drop everything and help me to make arrangements. On the day of the funeral, we arrived and were greeted at the front door, shown directly to the room which was beautiful, and subsequently had all our needs met. You and Mack made sure that the food was served and the bar was taken care of without any follow-up from me. We were never rushed, the food was outstanding, and everyone treated us with respect and kindness. It was a perfect ending to a rather hectic and emotional day. Again, I want to express my appreciation to your entire staff but especially to you and Mack who made the extra effort to see that everything went smoothly. I plan to stop by the next time we are visiting to enjoy your restaurant and try out the golf course. My Aunt, who lives in Wings Neck, was very impressed and plans to tell all her friends about the outstanding service we received at The Brookside Club.
